You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from PeptidesDirect. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Qualified Researcher Status

The Purchaser warrants that they are one of the following:

• A qualified researcher affiliated with a legitimate laboratory, university, or research institution
• An authorized representative purchasing on behalf of such an institution
• A licensed professional with appropriate credentials for handling research chemicals

2.3 Sophisticated User Acknowledgment

Purchaser represents that they possess the technical expertise, training, and certified laboratory facilities to independently evaluate the safety, legality, handling, storage, and disposal requirements of all products purchased. By placing an order, you confirm you have reviewed all relevant Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and applicable scientific literature.

3. Research Use Only — Mandatory Restriction

Products are:

Purchaser assumes total, exclusive, and irrevocable liability for any misuse, injury, regulatory penalties, or damages resulting from the improper use of products purchased from PeptidesDirect.

Any violation of this Research Use Only restriction constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, reporting to relevant authorities, and pursuit of all available legal remedies.

4. Product Information & Quality

4.1 Quality Standards

We are committed to providing research-grade peptides of the a purity standard of ≥98% by HPLC. Each batch is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from independent third-party laboratories.

4.2 Product Descriptions

• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational and reference purposes only
• We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee absolute precision of all specifications
• Images are representative and may not reflect the exact appearance of the product received
• Products may vary slightly between batches

4.3 Certificates of Analysis (COA)

COAs reflect testing at the time of manufacture and are available for download on each product page. We do not guarantee specific outcomes in your research. Proper storage and handling per our published guidelines are your responsibility, and product degradation may occur over time if products are improperly stored.

5. Ordering & Pricing

5.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by PeptidesDirect. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious, or that violate these Terms. We may require additional verification before processing certain orders.

5.2 Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Promotional pricing and discount codes may have specific terms, usage limits, and expiration dates
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time

5.3 Product Availability

Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. In the event of a backorder, we will notify you and offer the option to wait or receive a refund.

6. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is due at the time of order. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received and verified. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment processors with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Cryptocurrency payments are processed at the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Once a crypto payment is confirmed on-chain, it is final and non-reversible by nature of the blockchain.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 Shipping Policy

Paid, in-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Time on business days are scheduled to ship the same day. This is a dispatch commitment, not a guaranteed carrier delivery date. Weekends, carrier holidays, payment or address review, severe weather, and carrier interruptions may move dispatch to the next business day. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150. All orders include cold-chain packaging with ice packs for temperature-sensitive products. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

7.2 Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. We may decline to ship to certain locations due to legal restrictions, customs regulations, or carrier limitations.

7.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, being available to receive shipments, and properly storing products immediately upon receipt.

7.4 Delivery Guarantee

PeptidesDirect offers a delivery guarantee. If your package is lost or significantly damaged in transit, we will reship the order at no additional cost, subject to verification and our reship policy terms.

8. Returns, Refunds & Reship Policy

8.1 Return Policy

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the strict handling and storage requirements, all sales are generally final. We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored products.

8.2 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@peptidesdirect.com
• Provide photographic evidence of the damage
• Do not use or further open damaged products
• Follow our return authorization process

8.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds will be issued at the USD value at the time of the original purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIDESDIRECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF RESEARCH, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF PRODUCT MISUSE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE CLAIM ARISES IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or related to these Terms or any product purchased shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

This limitation is a reasonable allocation of risk reflecting the pricing of our products. If you require greater liability coverage, you must arrange separate insurance or negotiate additional terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PeptidesDirect, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to:

2. Binding arbitration if negotiation fails, conducted under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules
3. Arbitration shall take place in Palm Beach County, Florida, or virtually at either party's election

17.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve all disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits, collective actions, or representative proceedings.

Any claim or cause of action arising under these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Failure to initiate a claim within this period constitutes a waiver of such claim.
