Delivery Timelines in the USA:

 

  • USPS First Class: Ideal for packages up to 13 oz. Expect delivery within 2-8 business days. Tracking may vary, and delivery times are approximate.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Typically, packages arrive in 2-4 business days, with delivery confirmation and tracking. Note that arrival times are about 80% accurate.
  • USPS Priority Express Mail: On average, packages are delivered in 2-3 business days, with tracking and delivery confirmation. Please note that this timeframe is not guaranteed.
  • UPS Ground & FedEx Ground: Average delivery is 3-6 business days with tracking. Arrival times are about 80% reliable. Higher costs are due to surcharge fees.

Mail Forwarding and Shipping Restrictions

 

We ship globally and strive to ensure delivery, even with mail forwarding services. However, we cannot guarantee delivery in such cases. Product-specific shipping restrictions for the USA are listed on our product pages.

Signature Requirements

 

  • For orders above $200 or those shipped via DHL, UPS, or FedEx, a signature is required to ensure safe delivery.
  • For orders below $200, a signature is optional and can be requested at checkout.
  • USPS international shipments do not require a signature.

If you miss a delivery, contact the courier using the details we provide for rescheduling or local pickup. For holding packages for later delivery, contact us before the order ships.

Order Cancellation

 

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Registered users can select ‘Cancel’ or ‘Request Cancel’ in their Order History. If you miss this window, contact us immediately for assistance.

Package Delays and Tracking Issues

 

  • Over 25% of packages might experience delays. We cannot refund shipping costs for late arrivals.
  • If tracking is not updated for more than 7 days within the USA, contact the courier with details provided in our emails. If unresolved, contact us for further assistance.

Non-Delivery or Wrong Delivery

 

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or the front desk. Contact the courier’s local office for precise delivery details. If unresolved after a week, please contact us.

Issues with Your Order

 

  • Missing, wrong, damaged, or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with details, and we will address the issue promptly, including sending replacements and return labels for incorrect items.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

 

  • Customer satisfaction is paramount. If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, contact us for support.
  • We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unopened and undamaged. Visit our Return Process page for instructions.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or through alternate means like Zelle, eCheck, or store credit. Cryptocurrency refunds are based on the current market value or the original payment amount, whichever is less.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

 

  • We take chargebacks and bounced checks seriously and will resolve issues swiftly to avoid any inconvenience.
  • For payment disputes, contacting us directly is the fastest way to resolve the issue.

Shipping Protection Claims

 

  • For orders with shipping protection, file claims for stolen packages (marked as delivered) between 2 to 7 days after delivery. Orders over $100 require a police report.
  • For lost packages (stuck in transit) in the USA, file claims between 10 to 30 days from the last update.
  • For damaged items, file claims within 2 days of delivery with photos of the package and item.
